La práctica social del consentimiento sexual en jóvenes. Una revisión sistemática

Resumen
El consentimiento sexual ha recibido atención en España debido a la Ley Orgánica de Garantía Integral de la Libertad Sexual, que prioriza la prevención de las violencias mediante la educación sexual. En este contexto, se ha realizado una revisión sistemática de estudios empíricos que analizan la comunicación y las actitudes de los jóvenes hacia el consentimiento sexual. Los resultados muestran que las prácticas de negociación sexual entre los jóvenes no siguen las pautas del consentimiento afirmativo, sino que están determinadas por el doble estándar sexual. El artículo finaliza con la presentación de algunas pautas educativas orientadas a promover una educación sexual integral.
