Socio-organizational dynamics in the agri-food system

Abstract
This article addresses the organizational phenomenon in view of the heterogeneity and complexity of the current agri-food system, incorporating the most recent contributions of the sociology of food to those from organizational sociology. A conceptual framework is built, which, based on the review and analysis of pertinent literature, makes it possible to record organizational changes that accompany the new dynamics of food consumption, the wide range of structures they produce and, consequently, the challenges for their study from an interdisciplinary perspective.
